If you choose not to, use the straw provided to inflate them by blowing air into them. Insert the sharp end of the straw provided into the VALVE area underneath the membrane and inflate by blowing air into the balloon. The valve seals automatically. The measurements of the foil balloons were taken while uninflated. If needed, use the glue dots provided to stick balloons to the walls or windows. The little glue dots can be easily removed later and leaves no residue. Hook the balloons into the balloon chain strip provided to create a lovely chain of balloons. NOTE: Do not blow the balloons too hard.
